The wedding coordinator was amazing. However, the owner basically stole money from us. We paid for a minimum amount of people. He said it’s typical for the final numbers to change last minute as people forget to rsvp or have to cancel last minute. He told me to give him the “maybe’s and pay for them so they would have a seat and we would adjust the cost at the end of the event. Two maybe’s did not show.
