I had 11 windows replaced in my upstairs. It did take time to get the install scheduled because the windows were custom measured and manufactured for my specific house. The company rep, Vincent Santilli was great, available by email for any questions and updates. The installers were fantastic- they were careful, cleaned up, and put everything back- I didn’t have to do a thing except keep the dogs out of their way. I was amazed they did it all in 1 day. The windows look great and I no longer have a breeze through my bedroom.

Terrible trying to get them to schedule then show up for an appointment. They cancelled and then would not come out unless my wife and I were there after they said that was no problem. Would not recommend even bothering with calling them

I started the process to look for door replacement through BJs. BJs sent my inquiry to Vista Home Improvement. What a terrible place. It took me over two months just to get the process going, the operators who answered the phone called me 4 times to ask the same questions over and over again. When I asked to speak with a manager, several of them hung up on me. Unprofessional, rude and just plain obnoxious people.
