The installation crew showed up in an unmarked van with no Vista logos or id's on their persons. They barely spoke English and did not seem comfortable communicating with us at all. It took about half a day to install the windows and in the process, they stomped over our hedges and ruined two of the trees. Keith came promptly at his appointment time and was very knowledgeable, offering us various options and explaining everything. As a senior, we appreciate that he went out of his way to find various discounts and upgrades. We would recommend him and Vista Home Improvements for anyone that needs a home remodel/repair.

Poor workmanship, worse customer service. They resided our house a few years ago. The crew was double booked between our house and another, so they would do a few hours at ours and then go to the other or vice versa — if they showed up at all. What was estimated to be a two week job took several months. The after that, the siding and shutters keep falling off. If you can ever reach them to schedule a warranty appointment, the chances are 50/50 the guy will even show up. Avoid.
