Vlad did a great job installing my new door! I like the aluminum framing that he used around the outside casing with save me from having to paint.
Our bathtub was replaced with a more accessible shower to accommodate our needs as we age. We are very happy with the speed and quality of this work. There were a few very minor adjustments that had to be made and Melissa in Customer Service was extremely helpful as was Mark who did the work. A discount was offered if we signed the contract immediately. Had a great first meeting today with Mike M. Took the time to review all the doors and window replacements. Very knowledgeable. Great personality and very comfortable to talk with. Didn’t feel pressured or rush. Used Vista in the past for a new shower. Good quality of product and work.
Dima (the Installer) was GREAT!!!! He did almost everything by himself. He asked us, each step along the way what we would prefer. He worked hard each day, and everything was cleaned and perfect each day before he left for the day. He was very detail orientated. Dealing with Melissa (Office) was an absolute pleasure.
