The crews were all very professional and cautious to minimize disruption and soiling of work areas. The entire experience only reinforced that we had made the right decision to work with Vista Baths. The final product is as good as we had expected.
Communication could have been better. They tried to bill me before work was completed. Other than that, we're reasonably satisfied.
The remodel of my bathtub/shower to a walk in shower is amazing! The team arrived on time both days, Vlad was even early! The entire team from sales to office to installation was great to deal with. I was informed of all updates that were related to my remodel. Pictures do not do this remodel justice. The glare from the light and mirror made the pictures look funny.
The team at Vista was very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. They finished the project in the time that was specified and they left everything spotless. My Vista contact, Melissa did a great job with her follow up making sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. I will definitely consider them for my next project.
Max was a very knowledgeable young man about the product. He was able to make my product affordable.
