Horrible service. Family member was a patient for several years, went through several hearing aids, adjustments, cleanings, etc. and could still never hear well out of three different pairs of hearing aids. From our experience, selling hearing aids is the first priority, not assuring the patients can actually hear out of the hearing aids. Do not recommend.
If you want personal care with a patient tech then I highly recommend come here. No pressure and flexible services.
