I have had two appointments with Dr. SongVi and she has awesome patient bedside manner and care! I feel real taken care of by her and her office!
Dr Sangvi and her N.P. Elise have done such an amazing job addressing my severe Rhuematoid Arthritis. The physical exam and assessment is so thourough. As a retired R.N. I highly recommend the Professional team at Vista Rhuematology. Very kind and compassionate care. Each visit they assess each and every joint and track and trend my pain, inflamation and response to medications. It was a great appointment. I always feel like I’m being listened to and heard. The reason for four Stars is I usually have to wait for about 30 minutes before I’m taken back.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They don’t know what they’re doing. You can never get what you need. They screw up on medicine orders all the time, never send lab requests when they are supposed to and forget about trying to get through to the medical assistants. This place is a train wreck waiting to happen.
