This review is in regards to my experience with Dr. Shruti Sanghvi. I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, she is clearly very knowledgeable, and I'm grateful that I finally received the diagnosis I had been searching for (although that was given to me by her medical assistant rather than by her directly). While Dr. Sanghvi is a wonderful physician, be very careful with their strict scheduling. Their late policy changed this week from 15 minutes to 10 minutes with zero notice. I admittedly arrived 14 minutes late for a brief morning follow-up with Tyler Ostlund. While I take full responsibility for being late, I was completely turned away, with staff citing the provider's personal plans later in the day as the reason they couldn't squeeze me in. If you want to successfully treat rheumatoid arthritis, come to this clinic. They will know exactly how to heal you. Doctor Sanghvi is the best. I’m also thankful to have other great doctors like Dr. Ostlund and the staff. My health is better now than the last 15 years of being treated elsewhere. This is not a coincidence.
