I checked in seven minutes before my appointment. Sat in the waiting room proceeded to hear another patient tried to check in and was turned away because he exceeded a 10 minute weight limit time. He was three minutes beyond that. He was an older gentleman with a cane walking very slowly. I thought to myself well rules or rules as I saw him walk out and his older wife come in to see why he wasn't allowed to see the doctor then they eventually rescheduled them.
