I JUST barely moved in and let me tell you, I mean it when I say that finding an apartment for my family and I has been SUCH an ordeal and hard!!!! This was the ONLY property that was SO UNBELIEVABLY WARM, inviting, and made it soooo easy for me! I was visiting and stopped bye to inquire about an apartment . The leasing Person, Anna was so friendly and answered all of my concerns and was so professional. She made me feel welcomed and has an amazing personality ! I am very confident that I will enjoy living here !! Thank you Ms. Anna for being so welcoming and extremely knowledgeable at your job ! making my experience in apartment hunting a great one!!! Keep up the great work! This is my first apartment to live in and Vista Grove and the staff have been so genuine. Especially on the days that have been hard or overwhelming to me. Cindy, Ana, Zeluma have always cared and made sure the issue was fixed. No apartment complex is perfect there’s always gonna be a flaw but what’s important to me is the staff and how they care for their residence.
I am very irritated and aggravated with this complex and the management here. I have been very patient with them about the pest control here and the actions and attitude towards the situation via the office and the comfort of my stay here is not giving me the reassurance that I need, that not only are they are on top of the things that we ask for but they are also willing to assist without chucking on a fee for everything.
