If your thinking of moving in here don’t trust me they will try and charge you so much money as soon as you move out there trying to charge me 9000 dollars they tried to charge my girlfriend who was living there 8000 dollars and her friend who used to live there around the same price 7500 dollars they will not come and fix any damages you report when you move in but instead will leave them there until you leave so they can charge you as much as they possibly can my dad works construction and literally helped patch and holes ... read more
This place sucks. Tell me is it a federal or state law that passed, and it said to have poorly designed layout with impossible to read signs? And the best part is the directory that you cant see at night.
I have since moved on from Vista Grove, but it was a sad process as I enjoyed our time at the property, Anna in-office was a smash hit from being our Fairy Godmother at move-in assisting with herding two 20-somethings (son and best friend) and myself into our new home, to helping us decouple from the residence and help prepare the apartment for the next residents.
I’ve been living here since September of last year. I wanted to express how grateful I am for the maintenance department here because every single time I have called them for something they have fixed the problem without hesitation. Ray came over to my apartment tonight to fix a leak in the ceiling. Ray went above and beyond the call of duty to keep my apartment from being flooded.
