I was charged over $500 for a full carpet replacement after move-out, even though there was no damage or stains — just normal wear and dirt, that is expected upon a year of living. It feels like they took advantage of younger tenants . It was just my toddler and I for one year.. a carpet replacement vs cleaning was more than excessive and money hungry from this complex. We lived here for 14 months and loved it!! The leasing team here is absolutely fantastic, we loved working with Anna, Josh, and Zulema!! We are sad to leave, but definitely recommend considering Vista Grove if you’re looking for a home in the area.

Great place to live at and a great location. Everyone is super friendly and nice. Anna is the sweetest!!!
