I’ve been living here since September of last year. I wanted to express how grateful I am for the maintenance department here because every single time I have called them for something they have fixed the problem without hesitation. Ray came over to my apartment tonight to fix a leak in the ceiling. Ray went above and beyond the call of duty to keep my apartment from being flooded. Best case, Anna is terrible at her job. Worst case, she is a terrible person. And her boss may as well be a brick wall. They WILL try to tell you pricing to your face and send paperwork with different pricing to sign. We caught it twice. Missed it the last time.
Cockroaches- which is why you are forced to pay for monthly pest control. Frequent ridiculous inspections One entrance which is very dangerous. Weed smell everywhere They paint over everything to make it look new but the paint starts chipping. This includes painting the bathtub which makes it so slippery I have fallen multiple times and get paint chips on my feet after showers.
