Horrible place... they make promises they do not or cannot keep. My parent went in there and the contract is so one sided it is pathetic. My parent went in being told if they do not like it, they can move and get back their money and only be responsible for the rent due for the time they are there. They were also told they had a 5 year window to leave and get back the money. Not true. After not even a year, my parent gave notice and left.
