I've lived here almost a year and it has been HELL!!! The maintenance man comes into your apartment whenever he wants. Oh, and he often times brings another resident with him (yes this has happened to me). They overcharge for the apartments then send out stupid notes telling you to put the money towards your next rent payment (because they don't want to "give" you the money), the water is off once again (this is the 4th time). January 28, 2023 - UPDATE - Well, i still live in this dump. But things have gone from bad to worse. My refrigerator was so hot (Saturday night) that you could barely touch it. So I called the emergency line since I am a responsible adult and didn't want the complex to go up in smoke (yes it was that hot). Some idiot called me back - I explained to him what was happening (seriously this guy was dumber than a box of rocks) that the refrigerator was extremely hot and you almost couldnt; touch it. This place is horrible. The people in the office don’t care about anything but a paycheck. The website is false. I’ve had two sliding doors that are about 7 feet tall that are broken told them about three weeks ago nothing has been done. Corporate doesn’t care as long as they get their rent. Neighbors are too nosy. Good luck finding a lace to park. The amenities aren’t open after 5 pm or on the weekend. I was told many lies before moving in. Will be moving. I hope this helps someone avoid this place. It’s a dump!
