I just moved here, with my wife and my son. We're first time home owners, the managers are down to earth people. It's a dream come true, to own our first place. My family, feels very safe and secure here. It's peaceful, great school district, friendly and Positive people, it's also a clean and positive community, and has a cool little park! Thank you Debbie and Steve, for this opportunity! It's the Nicest mobile home park in vigo county, without a doubt. 😇🙏🏻
Nice trailers for the most part. No privacy from neighbors. Landlord does regular house checks with tenants prior notice. Seems odd considering it's purely rent. Not a housing authority or organization. Again. Terrible privacy including this from landlords. One trash area in the back along with parking on same strip. Only two cars per trailer if applicable. Do not recommend for an outdoors people.
