Charged for a service they were unable to provide. Arrived asked for a refund she claimed I was not charged. We reviewed the receipt for over 30 mins even though the item count on receipt showed I was charged. I called non-emergency services out of fear of discrimination and scamming. It was proven I was charged she refunded me. However when I asked for managment contact she refused.

I took 3 shirts here. After I paid and left I noticed the shirts were damaged. I took them back and they didn’t even want to give me a refund. The lady said that she wasn’t the one who took the order and that they didn’t damage my items. I told her that I was going to dispute the charge with my card company if I didn’t get a refund. Then she begrudgingly gave me a cash refund for the items. A refund isn’t going to cover replacing them, but lesson learned.

I brought my leather jacket to this cleaners. The elderly woman who works there took my jacket and told me it would be completed by the end of the month. When I picked up my jacket the hardware was complete tarnished. She told me it wasn't her responsibility and evaded any responsibility for the damage to my jacket. She even went as far as blaming another employee for taking my order and not having me sign to say they aren't responsible for damage. I know I interfaced with her specifically.
