Every time my family or myself goes in to see Dr Hong we are all treated horrible. The receptionist has awful patient care. She is rude and does not care about the patients or their feelings. There has never been a time where I walked out of that office, happy. Dr Hong is a great doctor, but she is so fast that it feels like she does not actually listen to you.
