My appointment was very informative. I felt like I knew exactly what was going on. Because of the intentionality of the Dentist and hygienist to explain everything to me. They got me set up with a great plan.
Over all they did a good job with my son. But when we had an incident in our household that required the police. I had to take my kids to stay somewhere else for their safety. My son missed his appt for a root canal and they sent me an email stating he could not return because they put aside a certain amount of time for his visit. even if I brought them the police report they could not accept him back in there office.
