I had the solar system installed in December 2024 and the inverter failed in less than a year. When I contacted Vista electrical, I was told they would “contact the manufacturer” and asked me to wait two weeks. Three weeks passed with no update. When I followed up, I was simply sent a link and told to troubleshoot it myself. These guys should have more reviews, solid team, extremely efficient and top workmanship. Smashed out the removal of my old system and installed new system with battery all in one day. Then even after their huge day, took the time to clean up, and fully explain the app and how everything worked. He provided many options based on what I was looking for and took the time to understand what would work best for my home. Excellent experience from start to finish. The quote was competitive, communication was clear, and the installers were knowledgeable and respectful. The installation was neat and completed as promised. The system was tested and explained properly.The committed date was followed up and met as promised.
Although initial communication sourcing quotes and arranging installation was hit and miss, Narendra and the installation team were fantastic. Great attention to detail, excellent service, great communication and a quality product.
