It's a great park maintained well the people that live there are friends and neighbors and get along well most people are retired its a retirement community, gated but the gates are often not working and the ownership is slow to repair them. It has a small swimming pool that seems to be open to the public because the ownership doesn't have anybody there to keep non tenants out so children unaccompanied by adults use the pool and the tenants are reluctant to swim in the pool with children.
