When Kary was here the park was awesome, questions were answered and it felt like the management cared. Now, the office is NEVER open, even during their supposed business hours. Even when they are open, the staff is NOT knowledgeable and doesnt have answers to any questions. The portal has become problematic and they won't work with residents to get it to work properly. The price is good and amenities are good but the management sucks!

It’s honestly really sad how hard it is to get ahold of anyone at the office now. I been trying for weeks and it feels like nobody even cares. The office is always closed. I been there five times just this past week and it’s been locked every single time, no sign, no paper on the door, nothing saying why. The only time I ever saw the new girl was about a month ago when she barely started, I was told she was still in training.
