Just bought a place here. I see so much potential here as it's well located, quiet, spacious and has amenities like a pool. However the pool is still closed and it's 102 this week. The manager is very helpful, the maintenance person is very polite and effective. It seems that they are understaffed and overwhelmed. Appears that BoaVida the parent company only has one manager and one maintenance person for this entire park? We need new mailboxes with new posts and open the pool! I recently moved in here and I LOVE it! The management and staff are wonderful, respectful and professional. The park is clean and neighborhood is safe and friendly. I highly recommend Vista del Rio MHP.
Great place to live and staff is always friendly. We needed a place with little notice and they helped us get in fast. My wife hurt her hip and needed a grab bar put in and they were prompt in doing so. Will be here for a long time. Great place to live. Thank you both for doing such a wonderful job
Nice quiet residential neighborhood.
I think the place is looking so much nicer. The manager must be taking care of business because you can notice all the work been done...
