Very nice views,the neighbors were super friendly.We were invited to karaoke one night.So much fun.We really felt at home.
Plenty of homes in this community to rent for a summer weekend. Gated and lots of space for larger boats. About 5 minutes from launching and local food store/gas station. There is a clubhouse with pool and jacuzzi for anyone to use.
