Repeated problem with assigned parking: my exclusively assigned space has been occupied multiple times by unauthorized "guest" vehicles. When reported, management confirms they can identify the vehicle's owner but takes no real action — no ticket, no towing, just a note the guest ignores. I lived there for 3 years and liked it. The staff is great. Any student and medical resident should consider Vista since it's so close. Good value for the money.

I’ve loved living at Vista KC Condominium! The location is perfect walking distance to KU Med, great restaurants, and shopping. The building is secure, and the staff is truly amazing so friendly and easy to work with. It’s been a wonderful place to call home.

Wonderful building to stay in! Not only is it well located, but the staff makes all the difference. Ken, Robin, Mike and others are the sweetest people I’ve met and they made the whole process of moving into a new place so seamless. They treat all tenants so kindly and the manager Ken especially, is so prompt in taking care of all concerns and staying on top of everything that’s needed for apartments and the building

Despite how old the building is, they are very quick with fixing elevator and AC and other appliances. If they see a guest that visit more than once, they'll start suspicion that you're living with additional person and start trying to claim you need to pay for additional parking slot. Especially with Kayla, she was an angel at first but only during your moving-in periods.
