We were turned away because one letter was missing from the patients name. The name has 13 letters the doctor wrote the name and missed a letter because of that we were turned away also because a date was missing. The technician was very rude and wouldn’t let us call the doctor. This lab work was for pre-op. Rude and insensitive! Would never use this lab again
Carolyn was terrific: prompt, courteous and responsive to my questions.
I have small veins that are hard to stick and they roll. Carolyn is great and gets it on the first try.
