Kelly is the best, she always gets my labs/ blood work, even when any other place can not get my veins. She is the only one I would go to for lab work. Thank you Kelly for knowing what you do. I will only come here, this is the best place, and very fast , no waiting there.
They may have great lab tests but they do NOT PAY their reps. Reps beware! They don't send reports when promised and they don't pay you! Going to file report with the BBB and make sure their name is out there as a bad company to work for!
No appointment necessary. Never had to wait. Needle never hurt. Always clean and people are very friendly. I give them 5 stars.
This Vista Clinic is amazing! Its clean, nicely decorated and the staff was quick, professional and extremely pleasant to all that walked in! I especially need to give a shout out to Jane Taylor who did my blood work! She kept me calm, was understanding, extremely gentle and gosh - it was over in a flash! I have used laboratory services at every large chained corporate clinical diagnostic facility and every one of them I have found to be discourteous, unclean, and inaccurate. So after having enough of the same old painful routine I did some research and found locally owned and operated Vista Clinical. To my suprise the facility was spotless, staff was friendly and the process quick and painless. I absolutely despise needles and long lines to get blood work, and long waits to be stuck more than once in the arm bye some under trained rude employee that most labs have actually went out of their way to hire to care for patients at a vulnerable time. I have looked high and low for a laboratory that was even cleaned properly. Vista Clinical has consistently proven to me and my family the true standard and quality of care that all medical personnel and medical facilities should strive to attain. I have had the pleasure of visiting several of Vista's locations all have been uncompromising the the training of their employees the comfort of their lobbies or cleanliness of each square inch.
