I don't understand. First, the staff was dismissive. Second, they messed up my blood test. I did my bloodwork and a couple of days later I got a call asking me to come back in to do another blood draw. Apparrently they did it wrong and ruined the sample. My doctor's follow-up appointment was scheduled for tomorrow (I had to call and reschule, and the next available is in 3 weeks), and they messed up the last one, so no.
