Build great quality homes.
We hired Vista Builder to create a legal suite in our basement. They prepared the drawings and submitted them to the City of Calgary for the necessary permits. They added a separate side entrance and renovated our basement. We meet with the architect, engineer, and workers, and everyone was very friendly and professional. Our only wish is that the project had been completed sooner, as it did take longer than we expected.
Do not use if you want your renos to take forever to complete. Rude contractors and disregard for neighbors around their project.

We hired them to finish our basement, 4 bathrooms, new kitchen, reface the entire house and new deck and landscape. Things went relatively good
