Went there today for an oil change and the service was perfect! Last week I went to the BMW of Coconut Creek and it was terrible, they didn’t want to do the oil change under the warranty, even though it’s been 2 years since the last change. So I called the BMW of Pompano and talked to Michael Fine and explained everything that happened to me at the other location and he was very nice and took care of everything, they did more than just the oil change and everything was really fast compared to the other location I went. These guys do a great job. They’re easy to work with responsive and they take care of their customers. I’ve been a customer for three or four years now and I’m very satisfied with the level of service. The prices are high, but that’s BMW.
