Rude, arrogant, entitled.
Terrible company. Demanded full payment upfront and then zero contact, updates or customer service. Said they would complete the job within a certain time before payment, then after payment they completely ignore you and wont even schedule a time - its now well beyond the date promised - no one answers the phone or emails.
After service bad. Won't confirm a time but want money up front. Probably want people's cash due to corona.
