Based on my personal experience this company is not even worth a rating but unfortunately the Post button does not come up unless I do! I ordered blinds in April and paid the full payment up front to guarantee my blinds would be installed no later that 23/04. Needless to say I am still waiting. After making my payment I emailed the confirmation from my bank to them with a message to confirm the install was agreed to no later than 23rd. The worst company I have ever had to deal with. 4 months later and I am still having issues getting this company to fix vertical blinds that were measured and installed incorrectly. I have also requested countless times to speak to management to complain about the issue and not once has my request been fulfilled. I am now having to go through consumer protection to resolve the issue. I would strongly recommend not using this company!
I find it unacceptable for a company to sell a product that is fraying and not offer a heat sealing solution. My panel blinds are fraying and I paid a lot of money for them. I’m very disappointed. Another company offered to heat seal them for me. All good for one company to do so but not the suppliers. Shame

If there was zero stars I would give it. Terrible service, after waiting 8 weeks instead of the 4 we got told, 2 Blinds were too wide and another 2 in the wrong formation. We were told it would take a week to trim the blinds, 2 weeks later got told it will be another 3 weeks.... to trim 2 blinds. With bare windows, The terrible lady in the shop asked why we threw out our old curtains and if we could put foil or newspaper on the windows.
