I received a text from an unknown Virtual VAtendant saying to click on AI link and pay $ I did not owe. When I talked to manager about this she was very defensive and non-helpful. Lots of restricted breeds . Manager seldom on property. Speaks rudely to me.
Look elsewhere if possible Frequent Management Changes Risk Avoidance: Changing management companies can be a way for property owners to avoid being tied to long-term issues or contracts I've also noticed a pattern around one manager staying for the eviction of certain people until that's complete and then they leave which usually lasts six to eight months and I've witnessed firsthand that through all of this they will not make an attempt to evict their two Watch Dogs and by switching out management they can pretend and side... read more
More like....Vista betta: run for your life If your open and into 2 tenets that aree on opposite ends of the comeplex, supposedly hate one another but patrol the complex either they get comped to do this and pretend they just live there or they just live there and if they dont like you, you have a dog, a a kid a car that is parked in the spot they usually park in you know anything that you do they don't like they will make it hell on Earth for you they will constantly lie makeup things even call the cops they'll call animal ... read more
These apartments have the most beautiful view of the hill country. The manager has been the most kind and welcoming soul understanding of my difficult situation.
