A good friend of mine needed financial assistance due to the pandemic and was referred by the Small Business Development Center. After supplying all the info they requested, they refused his application. And he has been in business well over 15 years. So I do not believe they are here to HELP the community. I DO UNDERSTAND business and know my friend is VERY GOOD at his business, but this bank wouldn't help. I was very disappointed in this bank.
RecommendedI love Vista Bank especially since we have moved out of state. Nicole at the Lubbock branch always help me and resolve my issues when I call in. If my Vista Checking account interest rate could get back to 2.49%, that would be great.

I would give a 0 in the reviews if I could . I absolutely Hate this bank !!! We have done business with them for years , and have always done what they asked us to do . One day I go in and it this way , the next time you go in it’s another way . We used to be able to go in and they would memo your deposit , now they won’t ! All I can say is as soon as I can get everything transferred you will never see another penny of mine .
