I cannot recommend Vista Auto Service Center enough. They have been in business forever in our local community. I brought in my 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 4MATIC after experiencing a catastrophic failure where the turbo sent metal into the engine, resulting in a total engine failure. The local Mercedes-Benz dealership quoted me over $22,000 for an engine and turbo replacement. They charged me over $5000 for timing bel repair, and he said they fixed my cylinder head which I took my car to another shop I found out the only repair was done is the timing. Zero star. I need my money back.wher is my money
Paid $470 to have my radiator changed. The owner is very RUDE. After I picked up my car I realized they forgot to add new anti-freeze to my car so I drove my car all the way home without it. After I called them to ask if they had forgotten to put coolant or if maybe there was a leak somewhere, the owner was hanging up the phone and I heard him say “this guy has called me hundreds of times” in a very rude tone. Great experience at the mechanic shop Sam was great I broke down at the Wal-Mart on Yarbrough and he went and got my car running to take to the shop once at the shop it only took about an hour to replace the starter gave me a deal on the repair would absolutely recommend this mechanic helped me out a lot because I would have had to get a tow truck just to move my truck for the repair plus part and labor awesome service will definitely come back and recommend!
This is a great place for reasonable price for quality service. The owner works hard to satisfy his customers I was quoted a 3,400 dollars at Dick Poe for repair on my Jeep ,went to Vista and was charged 1,850 for the same work! Please keep this company in mind when you need auto repair!!!
