There are much better places than this apartment complex, especially for the price. At least Greystar lost their lawsuit so they can’t price gouge you anymore though
Don’t move here; you’ll regret it immediately. On site management and maintenance is incompetent and dismissive and refuse to provide higher up contact information. We’ve lived here for less than 4 months and have had one maintenance nightmare after another: including major water leaks, pests, and faulty electrical. All of which are addressed in an untimely manner with dismissive and inattentive attitudes. Beautiful area and neighborhood. The maintenance team is very nice and does their job well but the office staff is incompetent and this place is not worth the price. Don’t waste your time moving here. The dryer is destroying my clothes and I’ve had other issues in the apartment that probably will not be completely resolved.
Izzy was incredibly kind & helpful through the moving process, which helped make for a very low-stress move!
