Submitted an application as well as a $400 deposit to hold a unit. I moved to a different address and have not been able to reach anyone at the office for a refund of my $400 deposit despite their website claiming if not approved they would return it. I have been calling every day leaving messages for three weeks as well as sending emails to the leasing team.
Went and did a walkthrough with Betty, I’m currently just looking into apartments and she made it extremely simple. She was very kind, very understanding, and extremely helpful.
Lived here for 9 years and it started out fine but went downhill fast in the last few years. The other tenants don't seem to be vetted well and policies aren't explained or enforced. It's LOUD. People leave trash outside their doors. There are dogs everywhere, many unleashed and many owners don't clean up after them. Repairs, even essential repairs, take far too long.
