Well Your ok Till they just decide To change there rules .Had Home equity loan for 7 years .My House and my monies were good enough for them then .Had another big home improvement went to re up this loan for new one so I had 10 years again .And well NOW I TOLD after 7 years MY HOUSE now MOVED itself into a flood zone and REQ. Flood insurance .WEll I paid off loan told them to pound sand .And filed with fema And guess what MY HOUSE ISNT in a FLOOD ZONE
