During the past 4 years, Paul Visser of Vissers Physical Therapy has treated myself for repair of a torn rotator cuff, torn bicep, and a torn labrum for both my right and left arms. He also treated me for a frozen shoulder, which through therapy he was able to release my arm from being frozen.
