Tim is officially my sleep guy. He sold me the best sleep system I’ve ever experienced, and the difference has been life-changing. My partner and I visited this store in search of a mattress. Although we did not make a purchase here, I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge how wonderful and truly extraordinary our experience was here with Senior Sales Consultant Tim! Tim was kind enough to stay past store hours with us. He was knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and respectful. He did not pressure us or push us out of our price range. The store is clean and inviting. The beds are super comfortable! Grateful to Tim for a really lovely experience!

I couldn’t recommend Tom and Vispring NYC more! Tom was incredibly helpful in advising me on what mattress choice to go with. I was also looking for an option that would be delivered upon short notice. There was great in stock availability and Tom helped the purchase and delivery process happen beyond quickly. I could not recommend the store more and the product is excellent. It is not my first time purchasing from Vispring, their quality is noticeably superior and stands the test of time.
