Melissa is a wonderful veterinarian! Ever since switching to her as our vet, our cats now look forward to their checkups and vaccines and come down to greet her instead of hiding under the bed, which makes keeping them in good health so much easier! We are very lucky to have in her a vet that is so caring and loves cats as much as she does and is invested in each cat for the precious individual they are.
I have trusted Dr Melissa Connolly since 1993 with the care of my cats and my dogs -- cats and dogs have all been rescues adopted at ages ranging from under one year, to over 15. She has seen literally generations of my pets through "adolescence," adulthood, and old age. She is unfailingly responsive ,warm, and compassionate, and I've never had a cat or a dog who didn't welcome her visits happily. She is an amazing vet - super bright, experienced, knowledgeable and caring. Our home visit did not cost any more than our regular vet and was so much easier for my super-shy cats. She is a gem.
