A Dr. is only as good as their front desk. I called to inquire about a quality of life assessment for my dog. The woman who answered the phone was horribly rude and unprofessional. She did her best to deter me from making an in-office appointment while in a very annoyed tone yelled that the Dr. doesn’t work in Bergen County (yet she works in Montvale).
