I dont give reviews very often but i did this to show a big appreciation to Rochelle their scheduler. She is very respectful and polite, she always does her job very well- She always do her best to schedule emergency visits, sick visits in a very timely manner. Specifically, initial encounter with her a year ago when she spoke to my mom and while im listening im very impressed how patient and kind she is and does consistently eversince. She is an excellent asset to the company. Keep it up Harmony cares!
Dr. Athens is very reliable with telehealth visits. She is very thorough and explains everything and scheduler Rochelle are always very helpful, polite and friendly. I can always rely on them whenever my mom needs an urgent visits, Rochelle always schedule it right away. Harmony cares is A++ in giving services to elderly people right in the comfort of their home you guys make their life easier. Thank you.
