We have received the best care from dr Prakash kharel and his assistant. My husband is bed ridden and we cannot get to an office. I found these angels or I should say they found us. Excellent care and very caring! I can't say enough.
I can’t understand how they have the reviews they have given my experience! I have tried for over a week to get someone to respond to me. I call and the less than helpful employee just keeps sending me to an answering machine which no one either pays attention to (which is concerning in and of itself) or they just don’t give a damn! Dr. Prakash Kharel and his assistant nurse are great. Everytime, they come visit our building, they are so professional . They make sure, our residents received the best service they need.
