I cannot begin to express how pleased we are with New Hope Pet Vet. The staff is a delight. Dr. Bain listens and has taken wonderful care of our Maltese. We are blessed to have found this place and Dr. Bain.
Our family has been taking our pets to New Hope Pet Vet for almost two years now, and it has truly been the best decision we have made for their care. Dr. Bain and his wonderful team have shown such love, compassion, and dedication in caring for our fur babies—both dogs and cats. We feel so blessed knowing they are in such capable and caring hands.
Ms Alyssa is the best. She is kind and empathetic and really cares about the furry loved ones.
These folks are the absolute best. Dr. Bain and Dr. Casey are awesome. Compassionate and respectful care of our little Paisley. Dr. Casey came to the house to assist us in transitioning Paisley over the rainbow bridge. Gave us plenty of time and privacy to say our goodbyes. Highly recommend! Every aspect of her treatment was stellar. From the reception staff to the vet techs to the Drs are first class.
