I just completed my R knee replacement post-op PT with Chris. I’m a retired Director of Nursing, and have 37 years experience in nsg./healthcare. I couldn’t ask for a better physical therapist! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. Able to answer all of my questions. Always on time. Respectful. Able to keep my morale up and encourage progress. Give that man a raise! My 88 yr old mother was discharged from rehab after breaking pelvis/L5 Fx - was referred for home care/ physical therapy- a wk went by without a call, I called and was told they had tried to contact us to let us know they are too short staffed to take our case- we received no voice mail and when asked what number they called, intake stated they threw referral away- Unacceptable to not provide care- stated why don’t you go to output Pt? My mother needs home PT to navigate in the home/ safety issues/ using walker etc- totally ... read more
