My actual nurse who seems to be the only competent employee they have has been the only reason I stayed as long as I have. Today was the final straw if you have rare conditions or a central line this isn’t the place for you if you’re in western NY! The local office is as bad as their main branch so you’re going to have a toss up if you’re going to get adequate care or not!
