Nichole S. (RN) she is so nice so caring , she has such a warm personality she goes over your medications to make sure nothing changed she is fantastic before she leaves my home she makes sure and everything else is in check! If any one is in need of a nurse association, I would go with the VNA, I also spoke with a lady named Emily. She was also very pleasant to speak with over the phone. thank you for having such a fabulous nurse on team !

Three times I requested, in person, a nurse to come to my home for a blood draw for my disabled daughter. I was told her insurance would not cover this & that we would have to pay out of pocket for the service, which I agreed to. Three times I was told someone from their office in Weeki Wachee would contact me. This was, I believe, in Jan. 2025. It is now June 2025 & I'm still waiting.

You should be very proud of your staff. Erin my nurse was caring and informative of my condition. Debra my PT person was also excellent. I am doing very well thanks to both of these ladies.

Horrible, uncaring. I booked a transport from Tampa General Hospital back to my home after a procedure. This was done two weeks before the procedure. On the evening before the procedure I received a call from scheduling that they did not have anyone available to transport me home. The call came about 4:50 PM and the scheduler made it clear several times that she went off duty at 5:00 PM and could not help me. I called the Customer Service Coordinator about this issue she could not help me, but would look into it the next day... read more

VNA took care of my family on multiple occasions over the last couple of years. I am so grateful for the care we received from the nurses and therapists.
