Started out nice but ended with mean arrogant rude office staff I wouldn't trust anyone with my loved one when it comes to there office staff but the nursing staff was good. The nurse I loved actually quit due to being overworked and unappreciated. VNA needed to take more pride in the nurse I had and I cannot say enough good about Jill who went far above to do her job. However the boss was very nasty to me and to her and she had enough of being used and not being appreciated so she quit. I don't blame her one bit.
The service they provided my father was above and beyond expectations.
VNA is the best. They take such good care of my husband since his brain cancer diagnosis in June 2024. They have helped him do a 360 on his self esteem and independence, so friendly, and wonderful. Love them to pieces!
VNA has helped my mother recover from two different medical issues. They are very organized and their visiting staff is outstanding. They are skilled, compassionate and always willing to do more. Jason, Brooke, Michelle, Kate, Jess, Miranda and a few more therapists and nurses were so helpful to me and my family as we navigated these difficult times. Thank you VNA.
