VNA provided excellent care for my great grandmother on several occasions. Physical therapy was something she always looked forward to.

Started out nice but ended with mean arrogant rude office staff I wouldn't trust anyone with my loved one when it comes to there office staff but the nursing staff was good. The nurse I loved actually quit due to being overworked and unappreciated. VNA needed to take more pride in the nurse I had and I cannot say enough good about Jill who went far above to do her job. However the boss was very nasty to me and to her and she had enough of being used and not being appreciated so she quit. I don't blame her one bit.
