Very disappointed with them-lacking communication, few advance calls before a visit,not arriving on the day specified, and refusing a last scheduled visit due to signing on with hospice the NEXT DAY! Left us with no continuity of records and no final recommendations for care. Disgraceful lack of concern for the patient.
