As far as my experience the doctors are good but the front desk are the slowest people I’ve ever had to deal with. I dread calling them because It typically take’s over 25 minutes to get to even mention what I’m calling about. Many times I’ve called, been left on hold for 20 minutes, then hung up and called right back and they will speak to me and when I confront them about leaving me on hold they pretend they forgot and that they’re so sorry every single time. Dr. St. Louis is the very best!!! I am fortunate to have him as my primary care doctor.
Dr Butler is great, personable and thorough, been with her for years. Cabriaty at the front of office, is amazing. Keep up the great customer service.
