I have used Visiting Angels for over 5 years now and I’m very happy with the service. The women assigned to my weekend are great! I have Thalia on Friday and Georgia on Saturday and Sunday. I have had the same girls for several years, which is important to me!! When I get someone new that fills in they have all been very nice and able to fit in seamlessly. I’m very pleased with my care.
Our family is so grateful to have found a caregiver Carmen that not only has been great but has been so engaging and given my mom crafty task to stimulate her mind. Our experience has been positive in many aspects. We had to extend days of care for a week and the rapid response was greatly appreciated. We did not have our caregiver for one of the days and the person that was sent to us was so compassionate and caring. My mom felt safe and felt she was with a friend. Always accommodating; stays on top of-all appointments, calling me whenever there seems a problem. Courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with.
We have used Visiting Angels for several years and would recommend it highly. We have an excellent caregiver for my 93 year old husband. It took a couple tries to find the right caregiver for him. That is the key to success. I feel comfortable leaving him with her knowing he is enjoying his " special visitor". She takes him for a walk, makes lunch , and helps with a few chores at home.
