Lorraine is absolutely AMAZING! I am so thankful for the kindness and dignity with which she cares for my Mom! She is hard working and proactive! Lorraine is truly a treasure!
Our visiting angels nurse was very kind, considerate, and wonderful to be around. She always went above and beyond the normal caretaker duties, and was very kind with other family members and our young great grandchildren.
I couldn't give them a zero so they get a 1. We are faced significant issues with getting reimbursed for care due to incomplete or incorrect care notes provided by the franchise. When I reached out to the franchisee to address this issue, I was informed that care notes are considered a courtesy rather than a requirement. I find this explanation troubling, as I believe care notes area standard operating procedure in home care to ensure both quality of service and proper documentation for reimbursement.
