Visiting Angels Glendora and their Care Manager was the best customer service rep we have ever dealt with. We had already been through two other agencies that kept sending young inexperienced and not caring individuals. I contacted her and she immediately set up a quick interview with my grandma. Each caregiver they brought in would already met with their care manager first and she would share with them what my grandmother needed and would do random check-ins. We really loved the staff at Visiting Angels Whittier. They were so caring, and attentive, and taught us a lot, especially for a tired family that needed respite care. My mother's hospice needs were a big learning experience, but we are so appreciative of the quick response of Visiting Angels Whittier. I hired Visiting Angels Whittier to provide a senior caregiver for my husband and wanted them to come to our home a few times a week.
