I was given Visiting Angels from a family memeber who had used them for some time and loved them. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care my mom received from the Visiting Angel Team. The owner Aakefa, was incredibly attentive, always returning calls promptly or answeing at the time of the call. I have to say that the service that has been provided to my father is terrific. Very caring, compassionate and understanding. I recommend to anyone that needs home care aide.
This is the worst senior care I have ever heard of. The home health aids were all rude, not doing what they were supposed to do, and were mean to my grandma. The audacity of the aid to refuse to tidy up my grandma’s apartment is despicable. Our family has been through 7 aids and they have been worse and worse after another.
I am very pleased with the level of care my mom is getting. Her aide is patient and kind. The service is flexible and willing to work with us for the best care for mom. I could not be happier. Thank you
