The last 2 appointments made for my mother to be taken to her Doctors appointment. The Visiting Angels caregiver was late by 30 minutes. So my mother has been 30 minutes late to her last two appointments including the appointment this morning. The first scheduled appointment we received a call stating that the employee is stuck in traffic, and the appointment for this morning we received a call stating the employee has a flat tire! We are not happy with this poor service, we may have to look into other Companies, Karen J
