This is our second time using Visiting Angels services. We have been very happy with our experience this time as we were the first time. They stepped up quickly to help us out when we really needed it. The caretakers have been great company for my Mom and very caring.

My mother-in-law was needing assistance with several things prior to transitioning from independent living into personal care. The schedule we needed was a bit unusual but Caiti made magic happen and had the schedule filled for us right away. I cannot say enough good about the caretakers (Alicia, Jennifer and Leah.) They were professional and at the same time personal and sweet... just what my MIL needed. I highly recommend Visiting Angels Versailles if you ever need in-home care. They were definitely angels in my book!

Absolutely the worst company to work for Vonda, Chelsea and Ashley are very rude, don’t know how to talk to people. If you love to be a caregiver go to a different company this office is a bad choice.

Even though I worked for the company for a short time, they showed their clients respect, honored their wishes, and matched them with the perfect caregiver. They treat their employees with respect and gratitude, not only do they treat their clients like family, but also their employees. Due to my personal issues, I had to return back to my family and they showed remorse and showed a lot of support. I want to say thank you to the visiting angels for helping me in a dark time.

Not a place to go if you’re looking for full time work!! And not very good with communication if you accept a job they will text you like your gonna get it and velvet put it on your schedule. Then they hire you thinking it’s a full time job me job and give you 4 maybe 8 hrs!!
