Visiting Angels Staff is amazing!!! My family is so happy with our caregiver for mom! She is always on time, dressed accordingly and completes all of the tasks we need done! Katie in scheduling works very hard to accommodate any changes we may have. The entire staff is great! They’re always friendly when I call the office. We feel the rates are affordable. My mom is at ease, knowing she doesn’t have to go to a nursing home. Thank you Visiting Angels Sterling Heights! Keep up the great job!!!
Great experience working with Visiting Angels. From the start, a consistent caregiver was assigned to parent with dementia and we got the right match immediately! Monica was the caregiver. She did a wonderful job, was very patient, and committed to keeping mom safe, fed, clean, and well cared for. Monica had experience caring for patients with dementia and did a great job. Visiting Angel of Sterling Heights was wonderful to work with. They got services started quickly and were very accommodating to our scheduling needs. The aides were always on time and provided great care for my mom. The office staff were responsive and caring as well. I would most certainly use their services again if needed.
